در سایت پارسی‌لاتک برای پیوست کردن فایلها به مطالب از افزونه Attachmants استفاده می‌شود. مدتی است که آقای جاناتان کامرون نسخهٔ جدیدی (نسخه ۲) از این افزونه را با امکانات بیشتر عرضه کرده‌اند:
Release 2.0 is major update. Attachments 2.0 has been significantly refactored and enhanced. It adds many new features and improvements including simplified installation, ability to "attach" URLs, improved
options to control where attachments are displayed, files are saved in separate directories (no more prefixing!), more flexibility to "Who can see" and "Who can update" options, unicode handling in filenames, significant improvements in the adminstrative back end, and a new capability to add attachments to content items other than articles (with additional plugins).
نیاز به ترجمهٔ موارد زیادی بود که انجام شد و از دیشب فایلهای فارسی نیز در جوملاکد (http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsrelease/12247/50568/attachments-Persian-fa-IR-2.0.zip) قرار گرفته‌اند. از برخی قسمتهای سایت کپی پشتیبان تهیه نمودم و این افزونه را در سایت ارتقاء دادم. مدیران سایت و دوستانی که فایلهایی را به مطالب پیوست می‌کنند لطف نموده و اگر اشکالی مشاهده کردند گزارش نمایند.
