پارسی‌لاتک

[Hi, I have installed MacTex 2009. When I tried to run xetex  for default thesis sample (i.e. theis-sample.tex) I've got such message:

In addition, I tried to reinstall or update bidi and xepersian as explained in wiki. But this error message is not changed.

خوشبختانه هنگام اجرای نمونه پایان نامه موجود در سایت پارسی لاتک (نمون پایان‌نامه کارشناسی ارشد ریاضی نوشته شده توسط   وحید دامن ‌افشان ) چنین پیغامی مشاهده نمی شود.

Your log is incomplete! I need to see the complete log file to track down the problem.

Apparently, last time I could not finish  the run of my document. The reason was that, xelatex stops when it reaches to formula. This time I deleted the formula  and tried to force xelatex to finish the run by pressing the Enter key frequently. The resulting log file and its corresponding tex file is attached. Thank you so much in advance

It seems to me that there is something unusual happing here. It might be the case that an old version of xepersian is lying somwhere and TeX is confused about it.

For example, your log shows the date of xepersian-thesis as 2008 but in fact in TeXLive 2009 it says 2009 which confirms my guess that there is an old version of xepersian tex files somewhere.

So the first step to fix your issue I think is to look old versions of xepersian files and deleting them. Then run xelatex on your document again and if still you have got problems, let me know.

Thank you very much for your help. I could solve the problem. The main problem was that, I had an old version of xepersian-thesis.cls in the same directory in which I run xelatex. The last version is not compatible with the newer one. Deleting this file and ll older versions, i found my problem solved. /ehsan kourkchi
