زبان persian برای xindy کار نمی‌کنه؟ Cannot locate xindy module for language per

سلام
زبان persian برای xindy کار نمی‌کنه؟ کلاً برای من از کار افتاده. مشکل چیه؟
همه‌ش خطای زیر رو میده.

من persian رو به persian-variant2 تغییر دادم ولی با خطای زیر مواجه شدم:

به نظر می‌آید مشکل به ویندوز مربوط باشه. من اطلاعی در این زمینه ندارم، آقای صفی‌اقدم یکی دو پستی در این رابطه در تالار داشتند بنابراین بهتره از ایشون سوال کنی.
